Times like these really bring home the importance of family and freedom. Our hearts go out to those affected directly and indirectly by the war in Ukraine. You may be asking yourself, "what can I do to help?" Many of us have asked ourselves that question as we helplessly observe the atrocities happening to families just like ours.

Anyone walking into our home notices Diane’s portraits of our family because they are gorgeous works of art. “Oh, WOW! That’s amazing!” is the usual comment, and what the children said when they saw the first installation over the fireplace.

It went through my head that people who don’t know me could think I was a police officer, a bounty hunter, perhaps a soldier.

And even when he thinks he’s not silly, he usually is anyway, without even trying too hard. This video is an example of that. Just a dad being himself with his kids. I love it!
