Staff and volunteers give time and food to Stuart neighborhoods

Covenant Fellowship Baptist Church and Robert Erneston Produce, both located in Stuart, worked together recently to provide produce boxes to two Stuart neighborhoods.

“We wanted to bless our community in partnership with the church,” said Brent Gibson, Erneston’s main manager. “Freely you received, so freely you give. I’m not the one who said that, so I can’t claim it.”

During each of the two days of deliveries, volunteers and staff members ordered, assembled and delivered 300 boxes of produce to the neighborhoods of Golden Gate and East Stuart. A Gospel booklet in English and Spanish, plus a dvd about Jesus was included in each box.
